Fast Professional Service

We hired this company to do a small move of some items from an upstairs room to a garage for a yard sale. They showed up on time, handled all of our belongings with care and concern, and finished early. The total for the services came in under the amount they quoted. Very impressed! Best movers we have ever used. The staff was friendly, helpful, professionally dressed in company polo shirts and I would certainly recommend them and use them again.

Better then expected!

Red Carpet Movers were awesome movers! We hired them to move our 4 bedroom house that took 2 trucks. The office staff Jennifer was courteous and helpful and the 4 movers were very professional and did a great job. We couldn't be happier! The moving crew were so careful with our belongings and were efficient with their time. We were not worried about getting charged for more than the time they actually worked. They worked hard and were fast and friendly. We would definitely recommend Red Carpet Movers to anyone who needs affordable, professional and all around great movers.

Easy and stress-free

They kept their promise and finished my job in the 7 hours that was estimated. They kept me in the loop about when they were going to be there. They are reasonably priced and stood up to my expectations. My wife and I didn't finish packing the kitchen so we figured we would have to come back that night to finish; but Paul and Isaac said they could add on packing the kitchen that day. What a relief after what seemed like packing for 3 weeks for them to offer to do that on top of moving all our stuff.

Professional - Organized - Efficient

These guys were GREAT! Didn't waste time and were very organized in both the loading and unloading and setting-up on the other end. I have giving their information to the apartment complex and it has been added to all their move-in packets. On top of the wonderful service, they were the least expensive of all movers in the area!

We recently had the pleasure of doing business with Brian and Red Carpet Movers. First things first, these guys are 5 stars all the way. We moved from Denton to Pensacola FL and it wasn't a small move. Everything that was promised was delivered on and thank you so much for taking the worry out of this part of our transition. I was so unsure of who to go with and this company was the right decision. Not only did they help us with the move they also partner with CCA and came and picked up a load of donations to take to them. There are so many bad stories and shady moving companies out there and these guys are a ray of light.

Red Carpet Movers Texas. Best moving company ever They packed most of my house into a pod in the driveway. Than came back today to help wrap everything before the foundation company started demolishing the house! Besides being reasonably priced, they were considerate of my situation and directly helped with our needs. Professional, Prompt, Courteous

From A-Z the best moving experience in a long time. Mack and Scott moved us on particularly steamy Sunday morning, 2nd to 3rd floor, not an easy or desirable task. We even had a surprise sofa we hadn't planned on still having and they didn't grumble at all when I told them about the last minute addition. I don't know if the best part of their services was that they were so efficient, but also that they were so pleasant too. We've had movers before in Austin that I felt a little uncomfortable having in my home, but that wasn't the case at all. Scott even surprised me by putting our king bed and frame together in 2 minutes while I had stepped out... It was such a thoughtful gesture. Not like any mover experience I've had. They took such care to wrap our things and honestly, treat them like they were their own is how I felt... I saw it 1st hand because we were all together as they worked around us still finishing up with some last minute boxes and stuff. I can't recommend them enough. I'm so fortunate I found this wonderful team, after almost getting trapped with another company and canceling after reading very terrible reviews. Something else I really admire is the way Mack talked about another endeavor that RCM is involved in. I understand why it's not promoted heavily, but it just made me so happy to hear how this business is giving back the community. I know I made the right choice and I hope you will too.

Red Carpet Service!

I selected RCM after researching and interviewing other highly rated moving companies in the Dallas area. In speaking with Jennifer on the phone about our move to west Texas, I was happy to get a solid price quote that I could rely on and learn this company takes donations to help various community organizations. Prior to our move, the owner, Brian came to meet me and my husband to discuss the move, step by step. The day of, Brian and Scott arrived on time, worked efficiently and carefully, and were respectful to each other and to us. We were at ease during the entire process. At our new home, they placed all items where we wanted and there were no issues. We would recommend Red Carpet Movers to others in a heartbeat! We feel as though we have made a few new friends! Our move was out of the ordinary, but Red Carpet was up for the challenge. They went from Carrollton to Seabrook (south of Houston) to pick up our late parents furniture. Brian and Lee delivered several pieces to me in LaPorte and then took the rest to my brother's in Carrollton. They were quick and efficient, taking special care of our parents belongings. Literally the red carpet treatment!

Brian and his partner wowed us from the start! Literally rolling out the red carpet as to not damage the floors, covering the door and staircase railing to prevent bumping and overall professional look and demeanor. They were very efficient and friendly, Brian even touched up some scratches I had on a wine fridge (not their doing) on his own accord without charge! Best move ever!

I live in NJ and made arrangements to move part of my family living in the Dallas/Fort Worth area into a house in Decatur, Texas. Red Carpet was recommended to me by a friend who lives in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. They were very friendly over the phone and gave me detailed estimates of various costs that were very reasonable. They moved my family's furniture and other possessions with care and were very courteous in the process. Best move I've had in 50+ years !!

Movers were VERY professional. Showed up on time, went straight to work, were pleasant the whole time, and asked questions when there was a doubt. Going to and from truck, they always moved very quickly, almost running at time coming down the slope in the garage. Packing took approx. 4 hours and neither man asked for or took a break. When they arrived at the storage unit, it required they restack most of what was already there. There were no complaints, they simply did the job and unloaded the truck. I had to leave early to take my daughter to the doctor. When they were finished, they voluntarily met me at the doctor's office where we signed the last of the paperwork. I would recommend these individuals and this company to anyone anytime.

The Best Movers EVER!

I had an emergency and needed movers cheap and fast. Red Carpet was AMAZING. They were so polite and quick and very reasonable. When he arrived he began moving so fast up and down the stairs I was shocked. No dolly just carried them even the big ones. Did not slow down or take breaks and was patient while I finished boxing. He moved everything I needed him to move and did not damage anything. When we got to my storage he rearranged my stuff so all would fir. He moved plants very carefully. He helped me load my car also. This was the nicest most polite and helpful mover I have ever used. Have referred them to others and will continue to do so. He moved my things in less than two hours and did not break anything. Super Service

I am very happy with my decision to use Red Carpet. Their name is accurate! I was fortunate to have the team of Kevin & Scott move my mother from Sugar Land, Tx to Grapevine, Tx. Both Kevin & Scott were very polite, hard working, professional, and really know what they are doing. They understand the personal side of people, and the moving process. They keep smiling no matter what, and those two guys really work hard. They took excellent care of my mothers "precious" 1960s furniture. Ok it's not my style but it means a lot to her and they understood that. I am very impressed with the entire experience and will recommend Red Carpet to anyone needing their services. Very Professional

We used Red Carpet because it was highly recommended by a friend. The movers were on time and called before they arrived. All our furniture was blanketed, saran wrapped and carefully loaded and unloaded into a storage unit. The movers knew exactly how to position my furniture in the storage unit to maximize space. Mack and McKenzie arrived to our apartment within the scheduled time frame. They were very friendly and explained the whole process to us! Great overall experience- fast, easy, painless! highly recommend

The entire moving process with Red Carpet Movers was extremely easy from my online request for movers to the end of our move. Jennifer and Christina were very easy communicate with and the entire process was handled by the company. The movers showed up exactly when they said they would, immediately got to work, and didn't break until all of our stuff was loaded in the truck. The young men were very nice and respectful to us, packed and wrapped everything up extremely carefully, and did a great job. We had no qualms about dropped furniture or scuffed up walls. The owner even showed up to help the guys get our huge, heavy couch up the awkward stairs to the apartment. I will be recommending to anybody who tells me they are moving!

Professional, Super Efficient!!

Red Carpet Movers moved our office from Hurst to Grapevine. They did an amazing job. Super efficient and professional. They worked from 9:30 a.m. until 10 p.m. and not once did they complain. Friendly and Professional

We have called Red Carpet Movers to move furniture from onsite storage into our home. Lee and jose were very impressive in how fast they moved the furniture. They are also very carefully with all pieces and cautious of the walls, floors and door frames. A big plus was that they could come on the weekend I needed them which I really appreciated because we had to rush this move! And the office staff is very friendly and helpful. I received follow up calls when I left my message and about the move. This is the third time we have hired Red Carpet Movers and we have been very pleased all three times.

Wow. Where to begin. I've moved 6 times and used a number of companies that are "ok", but Red Carpet Movers has completely raised the bar for me, for a number of reasons.

1) They were on time (even a few minutes early!)
2) clean cut staff that were dressed nicer than I was
3) friendly staff. I've had movers who were so rude or uninterested in the past that just asking them simple questions made me feel uncomfortable. Not these guys!
4) Quick & efficient
5) Involved with many charity organizations
6) Beyond competitive pricing. I would certainly have paid more just based on their professionalism.

As crazy as this sounds, I would actually plan my move around their availability. They are THAT good. I just wish I had found them sooner.

Amazing

3 movers came and were thorough, polite, and friendly throughout. We moved an entire 1 bedroom in less than 3 hrs. They cleaned everything up and took good care of my large furniture. Red Carpet Movers have assisted me twice now and I have been super happy both times. Not one ding, dent, scratch on anything and nothing broken. They wrapped all the furniture in plastic movers wrap so there was nothing to worry about. I have a very expensive and old paper lamp, about 6.5’ tall, there is no box for that. Somehow they managed to move it without bending or damaging it

These guys did a great job. When you're moving you just hope they don't break anything or lose anything.
